How does Sip work?
Create an account with us via our website or by downloading the GetSip app from the App Store or Google Play Store! There are three Sip plans that you can purchase - Lite, Average Joe and Caffeine Junkie. Lite offers 6 drink tokens at S$27, Average Joe offers 10 drink tokens at S$42 and Caffeine Junkie offers 20 drink tokens at S$78.
Single tokens are also available for purchase at S$4.80/cup without any commitment.
Yes, you'll need a 3G/4G/Wifi connection to access your account. Most of our cafe merchants offer free Wifi, so if you're having problems connecting to yours, you can always ask to connect to their network!
The drinks offered on Sip differ with each cafe. There's a good range of espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappucinos, mochas, macchiatos, and there are some interesting ones, such as vanilla and sea salt caramel latte! For the non-coffee drinker, some cafes offer specialty tea as well. Do take a look at the individual cafe listing to check out the full range of drinks offered.

Yes! Log into your Account to see your caffeine consumption under Order History on the website. You'll be able to see the date of purchase and the type of drink you've redeemed!
Information about your plan can be found under your Profile in your Account, including the next billing date. As long as you're signed in, you'll be able to see the updated tracker that shows the amount of drink tokens left in your plan.
Yes. As per the guidelines from our payment processor, you will automatically be billed every 30 days if you signed up between 1st - 28th of the month. If you sign up on the 29th, 30th and 31st of the month, you will be billed on the last day of subsequent months.
Simply click here to drop us an email at least 3 working days before your next billing date! The date of your next billing can be found under your Profile in your Account. Do ensure that you have redeemed all your coffees, as any unredeemed cups will be forfeited.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 working days before your next billing cycle and we'll handle the rest!
Single tokens are an option for you to try out the Sip experience with no commitment! Each token is priced at S$4.80/cup, and you can purchase as many tokens as you wish.
Absolutely not! Single tokens are not associated to any existing plans.
Absolutely! You can redeem your single token at any of the cafes listed on our platform.
Single token(s) are valid within 30 days from the date of purchase. Do note that any unredeemed tokens will be forfeited after that.
For website issues, clear your cache and history browser, before logging into your account again. For app issues, close your app and open it again before logging into your account. Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com if you are unable to redeem your coffee.
If anything changes, we'll let you know and will NEVER charge you for something you didn't sign up for. You will not be charged without your consent.
At the moment, food purchases are separated and cannot be paid for using the plan. We are working to build features for you to do so in the future. Some of our cafe merchants are offering a 10% discount off selected food items - remember to check them out!
Our interactive map reflects all of our cafe locations. On the app, the cafes can be filtered according to your location should you enable the geo-location feature. Wherever you are, all you have to do is to log into the website or app and you'll be able to see where you can get great coffee with Sip!
